About the Job

We are seeking an Junior-Level Programmer to support our technology team in a 10-15 hours per week capacity. This role is perfect for an individual with 2-5 years of experience who possesses strong skills in scripting and programming languages including PowerShell, Bash, Python, and .NET. Candidates should also have experience in developing ETL processes. While experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, it is not required for this role.

You will function as part of our team, you will develop and maintain software that supports our operational goals. This includes writing and debugging code, developing ETL processes for better data management and workflow optimization, and participating in the design and implementation of new software features.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and .NET.
Design, develop, and manage ETL processes to support data integration and workflow automation.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Work collaboratively with team members to integrate new technologies and systems effectively.
Enhance and optimize the performance of existing systems.

Qualifications

2-5 years of programming experience.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and .NET.
Demonstrated experience in ETL process development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
